Meet a happy volunteer from Banyule Support & Information Centre in Heidelberg. One of many you will find if you drop into the shopfront in Burgundy Street. (Bansic) These wonderful volunteers offer counselling, support, general information and minimal financial assistance to families in need. They are funded by 'fundraising activities' and generous community donations. One of their major fundraising activities is their Christmas Card Shop - where you can purchase all your greeting card needs and help assist some very special charities open from November to December.
